We offer a 30 day returns policy which allows you to return your item within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. However, please make sure the item is unused, with its original packaging and in a perfect, re-sellable condition.
Simply navigate to the page of the product you want to order and click ‘Add to cart.’ You can add as many items as you like to the cart, there’s no need to place separate orders. When you want to place the order or review your cart, click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and then click ‘Checkout’ when you are happy with your selection. Then just follow the on-screen steps!

Yes, this just requires filling in the same information you would need for placing an order, and the system will then store your details for next time you shop with us. No payment or credit card details are stored by our system.
If you have a discount code this can be entered on the payment screen before placing your order. The new order total with the discount applied will be displayed before you complete the purchase so that you can check the discount has been applied correctly.
You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your order, to the email address you provide when registering your account. If you do not receive any confirmation please contact us so that we can look into it for you.
Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent with your order tracking information. Your unique tracking number can be used to follow the progress of your order online so you have the peace of mind knowing that someone will be home when your package arrives.
Please contact us as quickly as possible, as once an order has been shipped there is nothing we can do to amend the details.
If your order does not arrive as promised please first check your online tracking information to see if there is any information from the US Postal Service or the courier company. Your tracking number should allow you to check the progress of the shipment or to call them for any information they can provide. If you still cannot locate your package please contact us and we will have USPS or the courier carry out an investigation. This can take a few days and there is nothing further we can do while this process is ongoing.
If your watch develops a fault within the warranty period, or if you believe it was faulty when you received it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to sort this out for you.
All watches with straps consisting of links are sent with all the links already included in the strap. We are unable to remove links prior to shipping watches, or to provide extra links for any watch. If you require links removing or adding this must be arranged by you after you have received the watch. Additionally any cost incurred for adding/removing links will not be covered by 1820 Watches in the event that a refund is issued under the terms of our warranty.

Yes - orders must be placed before the cutoff time of 2 p.m. Eastern Time to be processed and dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Any orders for next day delivery must therefore be placed before 2 p.m. for this service to be guaranteed.
Please note that we will be closed on the following dates. No orders placed on these dates, or after the cutoff time the day before, will be processed until the next business day that we are open: 21 - 24 September 2017; 5 - 6 October 2017; 12 - 13 October 2017 You can still place orders or send us messages at any time and we will respond as soon as possible. All orders placed during periods we are closed will be processed as quickly as possible when we reopen.

Yes you certainly can! Once you've set up your account you can add other addresses by going to the 'My Account' page by clicking either the icon in the top-right of the screen or the link in the footer of each page. From here just click 'View Addresses' on the right and then the 'Add a new address' button. You can also select whichever address you like as your default address, so that any future orders will automatically be sent to that address unless you change it, either in your account settings or during the checkout process. New addresses can also be added during the checkout process if you forget to do it beforehand.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once we dispatch the order. In some instances this can take longer than 24 hours to be sent to you, but rest assured that if you received an order confirmation email we have your order and will process it! If you do not receive tracking information at all please contact us and our customer services team will be happy to look into this for you.
We offer a 30 day returns policy in case you decide you do not want to keep your purchase. Please ensure any item being returned is sent back in the same condition in which it was received. Any damage or evidence of wear will invalidate this returns policy. All returned items will be processed within 7 working days. All watches are covered by a one-year seller warranty. If you are returning a watch under warranty cover, please contact us first to ensure the terms apply, and include a note of your order ID number and the reason for the return when sending the item.
If you suspect an item is faulty please return it to us at your earliest convenience. Our returns address is as follows: 1525 Prospect Street, Suite 120, Lakewood NJ 08701 United States. We recommend using a special delivery service so that the item is insured and trackable on its way back to us. Please note that only items covered by our warranty will be replaced/refunded. If we will not cover an item under the warranty we are happy to return the item back to you at no extra cost.
Yes, you can see details of what cover we offer on our Warranty page. Our warranty matches the cover provided by the manufacturer’s own warranty so you can be certain you will receive the same protection when purchasing from us. All of our items are covered by our warranty, unless otherwise stated. The period of warranty cover is one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, or any physical and/or accidental damage. This includes damage such as scratches, discolouring, or any other cosmetic damage or wear, any damage or wear to straps/bracelets, crystals/glass falling out, or damage resulting from use under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations. Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities, such as vibration or dropping, are not covered under any circumstances.
The majority of refunds are processed on the day that the item is returned to us, but during busy periods such as holidays some refunds may take slightly longer to process. The returns department will process all refunds as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 7 working days for refunds to be processed. If after this period has elapsed you have not received a refund nor heard from us please contact us so that we can look into it for you.
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of making your purchase. If you place an order direct through ourselves then we do not cover any return postage costs. We recommend that you send your parcel via a recorded delivery service so that you are able to track the item's progress. Please retain any proof of postage for your records.
