We offer a 30 day returns policy in case you decide you do not want to keep your purchase. Please notify us before returning an item, and ensure it is sent back in the same condition in which it was received, unused and with all original packaging. Any damage or evidence of wear will invalidate this returns policy. All returned items will be processed within 7 working days.
All watches are covered by a one-year seller warranty, details of which can be found HERE. If you are returning a watch under warranty cover, please contact us first to ensure the terms apply, and include a note of your order ID number and the reason for the return when sending the item.
We will always attempt to repair a faulty item in the first instance, and if this is not possible we will replace the item. If you believe the item(s) you have received to be faulty or if you think you have received an incorrect item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us if you believe it to be faulty or the incorrect item when you receive it.
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can confirm that the returns policy applies and can know to expect the item. In order to create a free returns label you will need to click the 'Return an item' button in 'My Account.' You will then be prompted to enter your order ID number and ZIP code, and a label will be generated which you can print and attach to your package.
Please note that free returns do not apply after the 30 day period has elapsed, and all returns made after this time are at the customer's expense.
