1820 Watches offer free delivery within the United States and Puerto Rico using our standard 3-5 day delivery service. However, please be advised that if you return an item to us the standard shipping price will be deducted from the refund amount. All of our shipped items will be insured by UPS or USPS. International orders will incur shipping costs which are displayed at the checkout before you place your order.
After an item has been shipped out you will receive an email which will include your item’s tracking details. You will be able to track your item via the designated courier’s website.
The cut-off time for same-day order processing is 2 p.m. Eastern Time. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. This applies to all forms of shipping, so if you require next day delivery please ensure your order is placed before this time or the order will not be processed the same day.
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped at no cost with our standard 3-5 day delivery service.
1820 Watches provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please select the United States Postal option for APO and FPO addresses.
Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.

All of our watches are covered by a 1-year seller warranty which matches the original manufacturer warranty in terms of cover. The warranty covers mechanical faults or breakdown only, i.e. problems with the timekeeping element (movement) which is down to a manufacturing defect. The warranty excludes any kind of accidental damage. All our watches are supplied with a seller warranty (unless otherwise stated).
We will always attempt to repair a faulty item in the first instance, and if this is not possible we will replace the item. If you believe the item(s) you have received to be faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us if you believe it to be faulty when you receive it.
The warranty does not cover damages due to wear and tear, or any physical and/or accidental damage. This includes damage such as scratches, discolouring, or any other cosmetic damage or wear, any damage or wear to straps/bracelets, crystals/glass falling out, or damage resulting from use under conditions exceeding the watch manufacturer's water resistance limitations.
Mechanical or other faults which are a result of mishandling, negligence or shock from subjecting the watch to rigorous activities, such as vibration or dropping, are not covered under any circumstances.
